More Health Insurance Plans Covering Visits to Dietitians
Personally tailored diets to combat disease are getting easier to come by

Abstract

While just 5 years ago, the cost of seeing a dietitian to assist in treating a medical condition generally wasn’t picked up by health insurance companies, coverage is gradually becoming the norm, according to a survey of 23 health care plans throughout the US that was published in The Journal of the American Dietetic Association.
