Soy’s Postmenopausal Benefits Questioned

To counteract symptoms of menopause, many women have used soy for its estrogen-like components called isoflavones. In preliminary investigations, isoflavones have shown some promise in the areas of bone density, cholesterol, and cognitive function. But, a recent study provides disheartening results.
