Abstract

The Nutrition Facts panel on the back of the package says a single serving of the food inside provides 20 percent of the Daily Value for iron. But what if it doesn’t supply 20 percent of your iron needs but, rather, more on the order of 60 percent? Guess what? There’s a very good chance it does.
