Abstract

While chocolate carries a heavy caloric price tag and is loaded with fat and sugar, a new study suggests that dark chocolate may also have an upside for your body: it appears to lower blood pressure in people with hypertension, and may also have benefits for cholesterol and insulin sensitivity.
