Abstract

The benefits of aerobic exercising—for which brisk walking qualifies—are well known. And now, a flurry of recent research suggests even more benefits associated with walking, including better survival rates for women with breast cancer, reduced risk of endometrial cancer and lower rates of cardiovascular problems.
